MEDIATION SERVICES
ONLINE AND IN-PERSON MEDIATION
Jeff is available to serve as a mediator in a variety of consumer, commercial, interpersonal, and family disputes (listed below). He follows the Hawai'i model of facilitative mediation for most cases, but is available for directive and evaluative mediation for certain types of cases. Jeff conducts most of his mediations and arbitrations online, but is available for in-person sessions in Washington and Hawai'i. He is also available as an arbitrator for several types of civil, consumer, commercial, and family disputes. Jeff's hourly rate for mediation and arbitration is $400 for online mediation, $450 for in-person. Please request Jeff's current fee schedule for more information.

HOURLY & FLAT-FEE OPTIONS
- Hourly Rate - $400 for online, $450 for in-person mediation and arbitration
- Online Half-Day Mediation – up to 5 hours of mediator time including preparation and session time, flat fee $1000 per party, hourly rate after 5 hours
- Online Full-Day Mediation – up to 10 hours of mediator time including preparation and session time, $2000 per party, hourly rate after 10 hours
- Hourly Retainer Mediation – for in-person and longer multi-session cases especially multi-issue divorce and multi-party business and family matters, we require a fee deposit base on estimated length of mediation/arbitration determined on a case-by-case basis
- Nonrefundable cancellation or rescheduling fees may apply for in-person mediation if not canceled or rescheduled promptly

FAMILY/DIVORCE MEDIATION
Jeff mediates family law and divorce cases including property division, parenting, custody, and relocation. He has many years of experience as a Washington divorce attorney and family mediator, and served as CASA volunteer, which gives him valuable insight into the interests and emotions of the parties and children involved in contested custody cases. In addition to divorce and custody issues, Jeff mediates family disputes involving family-owned real estate and estate and trust disputes. SCHEDULING
Jeff is available for online mediation and arbitration on weekdays between 9 a.m. Pacific Time and 5 p.m. Hawai'i Time, and also evenings and weekends by special arrangement. It's best to schedule a session at least two weeks in advance (longer if in-person mediation is requested), but Jeff is usually available on short notice.
