About Jeff
Jeff has been an active lawyer in private practice for nearly 20 years. Prior to his admission to the Washington bar in 2007, he worked for many years as a litigation, bankruptcy, and divorce paralegal for a Seattle law firm and as a contract specialist for a land development firm.
As a lawyer, Jeff focused his practice on consumer and commercial litigation, debtor-creditor rights, bankruptcy, and divorce, including complex bankruptcy reorganizations and state and federal court trials and appeals. He has been a frequent presenter on legal topics including collection, bankruptcy, legal ethics, and dispute resolution.
Jeff provides private mediation in Washington and Hawai'i. He is a federal panel mediator for the CR 39.1 ADR program in the Western District of Washington and the Hawai'i Bankruptcy Alternative Dispute Resolution program, serves as a mediator and parenting coordinator with Family Mediation Hawai'i, and is a volunteer mediator and mentor for The Mediation Center of the Pacific.
